The 2009 ASN Weight Loss Challenge will begin on Monday, January 26, 2009, with all eligible members reporting their initial starting weight.  Weekly Monday weigh-ins will continue for 12 weeks, with the final weigh-in occurring on Monday, April 20, 2009.

The goal of the challenge for most members will be to lose the highest percentage of lbs based on their starting weight.  The exception is onthemovecoach who is looking to gain weight rather than lose it.

The member with the overall highest percentage of loss (or gain for onthemovecoach) each week will be given the opportunity to change a single participant's avatar for the next week.  The avatar is subject to ASN TOS and may be overridden if the chosen avatar violates the TOS.

The prizes for the greatest percentage change (loss for all but onthemovecoach) are as follows:

2nd Place: 1 ASN T-Shirt

1st Place:  1 ASN T-Shirt, 1 ASN Polo Shirt
